    At Mouldshop, our goal is to ensure our customers always get the best product, with the right service and at the best price – so you always make the best deal.

    That’s why we’ve introduced our Price Match!

    We offer over 30,000 products in our range, and it can be a challenge to monitor market price changes across all items and ensure we always offer the lowest price. Should you – against expectations – find a lower price with another provider, we are ready to match it. That way, you can order from Mouldshop with peace of mind while enjoying the best service, quality, and delivery time.

    Which products are covered by the Price Match?

    Price Match applies to all products and brands in our range. This naturally includes the total price incl. any shipping fees.

    How do I order and get the price matched?

    You can order as usual via our webshop or by contacting our customer service via email or phone.
    Just remember to include a link or other documentation in the order comment field showing the lower price you found at another supplier. We will then deduct the difference as a discount before processing your order (excluding any payment fees, which may vary individually).

    Terms for Price Match at Mouldshop:

    To activate the price match, the following terms must be met – feel free to ask us if you're unsure:

    • The supplier offering the lower price must be legitimate and hold a valid Danish CVR number. You are welcome to ask if we match offers from suppliers in the EU.

    • The item must be new, in original packaging, and comparable in quality, design, and specifications.

    • Price Match does not apply to clearance or closeout sales from competitors.

    • The price comparison must include any shipping costs.

    • We reserve the right to reject a Price Match if we determine that the offer is artificially constructed or otherwise unreasonable. Only Mouldshop A/S assesses whether the product is comparable and covered by the Price Match.

    If we reject a price match request, you will be informed as soon as possible – as we naturally won’t process an order at full price against your will.
