Membership
To become a member of VIP Club, you must create an account on mouldshop.dk. During registration, you can choose to become a member by selecting the relevant option. You can also sign up for membership via our website or contact our customer service at sales@mouldshop.dk to request membership. Membership is an easy way to access exclusive benefits and offers.

To become or remain a member, it is mandatory to provide your name, company email, company mobile number, and company address. Additionally, you must verify your email after creating an account in the webshop. Your membership is personal and may not be used by anyone other than yourself.

Benefits
Free Shipping: As a VIP Club member, you get free shipping on your purchases from mouldshop.dk, subject to a minimum order value.

As a VIP Club member, you also gain access to:

  • Gifts: Free gifts with purchases over DKK 4,000.00.

  • Extra Discounts: Special discounts on selected products.

  • Tailored Campaigns and Newsletters: Favorable campaigns (prices) and receive campaigns and newsletters matching your interests.

Use of Membership
Using your VIP Club membership gives you access to VIP benefits with each purchase on our website, once a day for one purchase. Remember, benefits cannot be combined with other offers, and additional terms may apply to each specific benefit. Orders are normally sent as a single delivery.

If you want partial deliveries, please contact customer service with your order number at sales@mouldshop.dk.

Note that extra costs for partial deliveries will be invoiced. Free shipping applies to the entire or first partial delivery, but not for express/direct delivery and only for shipments via Postnord.

Leaving the VIP Club
When you leave the VIP Club, your Mouldshop profile will remain active, meaning you can still shop on our webshop and maintain your account.
