Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the financial operations of Mouldpro and be responsible for shaping the MS-Next strategy by providing critical financial insights into our global management team. As we are owned by a private equity fund with a strong focus on growth, you will also have opportunities to contribute to M&A activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic business partner, working closely with managing directors, product management, finance, R&D, procurement, and logistics. Responsibilities include cost tracking, budgeting/forecasting, business case development, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Lead the Financial unit in Denmark (currently 1 assistant).
- Manage budgeting and reporting processes, including analysis of revenue, gross margins, and business performance down to EBITDA.
- Own corporate reporting materials for management, board members, and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality reporting and automation improvements.
- Oversee weekly rolling sales and order intake forecasts, building a robust forecasting process.
- Enhance financial reporting systems in Power BI, collaborating with IT, finance, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic pricing support through market benchmarking and analysis.
- Develop forecasting and corporate business valuation models.
- Lead P&L consolidation during the budget process, coordinating input from stakeholders and shaping key narratives. Participate actively in budget review meetings.
- Drive project management in cost reduction programs, outsourcing initiatives, and data-driven tenders.
Your skills & qualifications:
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Fluency in French is a benefit, not a requirement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Passion for process improvement, automation, and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large datasets and create insightful dashboards.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, thriving in a multicultural environment.

Mouldpro ApS and MS-Next are part of Group Baelen (France), who owns more than 70 companies in various sectors. MS-Next division specializes in distribution of Moulding Supplies and consists of 8 companies with total revenue of 26 million EUR.
As part of a growing network of eight entities, Mouldpro ApS plays a pivotal role in MS-Next’s operations.
