Product information "joke Fill W-22" Cr-Mo-Mn alloy for repairs of injection and blow moulds made of low-alloy and medium-alloy Cr steels in addition to pressing tools for plastics. Good corrosion resistance owing to increased Cr content and reduced carbon. Tough, heat-resistant and readily workable. Very easily weldable using the TIG and LASER methods. Polishable, erodible, nitratable, etchable, chrome-platable, can be quenched and tempered. Hardness between 38 HRC and max. 56 HRC possible depending on the dilution. Materials: 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2082, 1.2083, 1.2367 and similar Cr alloy steels
