In doing so, they achieve a very high stock removal – the lubricant film is finer than the diamond grit and the viscosity very low – the grit grains are therefore able to roll unhindered. The cutting action of the diamond grits thus develops its full effect.

Very good results are achieved with the suspension on almost all materials. Owing to the very strong and highly concentrated grit, a high contact pressure is no problem. A uniform grit distribution over the entire duration of use guarantees a stable and reproducible process.

Water-soluble suspensions are environment-friendly and easily disposed of. They likewise emit less odour when sprayed using compressed-air dispensing systems than conventional products.

Oil-soluble suspensions can be used with high contact pressure or a high load without the lubricating film tearing.
