Bio diamond emulsion LAM PLAN® NEOLAP® Couldn’t be more environment friendly. Couldn’t be better either. The NEOLAP® series from LAM PLAN® is the new reference in terms of performance, efficiency and user-friendliness. The products are biodegradable and VOC-free, and can therefore be safely used without any concerns for humans and/or the environment.

The emulsions achieve first-class results on almost any material. They can also be used under conditions with very high contact pressure without running the risk of the lubricant film disintegrating.

The products are available in oil-soluble (100 series) and water-soluble (300 series) versions. The 400 series, which is also water-soluble, contains polycrystalline diamonds. Owing to their structure, these have a higher specific surface area (multiple cutting edges) and deliver higher stock removal rates. This makes for shorter processing times while remaining scratch-free!
