Milling cutters made of ceramic material for mechanical deburring of plastics
The cutters made of high-performance ceramics are available in a cylindrical, round conical, tree shape and torpedo. Each shape is available with coarse, medium and fine teeth. The cutters are characterised by a long service life, very good cutting properties, little heating, no smearing or clogging and very quiet running. Optimally suited for processing plastic, rubber, silicone, foam, plaster, acrylic, etc.
Recommended speed range: 15,000 – 30,000 rpm, max. speed 40,000 rpm.

Please note (particularly during use on plastic):
The speeds of the rotating tools must always be adapted to the elasticity and hardness of the material to be processed!
