The springs are manufactured in accordance with ISO10243: 2019 and are always ground on the closed top and bottom surfaces, so they are ready for installation. All ISO springs from Special Springs are unique due to the special coating procedure, E-coating, where the springs are painted in an electrophoretic process. This provides the following advantages/strengths compared to competing springs: Ultrathin coating thickness (0.01 - 0.03 mm), which increases the mechanical strength of the coating compared to normal epoxy powder coating and prevents peeling of the paint! Coating via the electrophoretic process always covers 100% of the item! The electrophoretic coating process significantly increases the corrosion resistance on the surface of the spring!
