ELADUR SCH (Discs)

Our ELADUR polyurethane is used as a spring element in tool and fixture constructions as well as in machine, vehicle, and aircraft design. ELADUR has proven to be excellent under the most difficult conditions and has withstood high load changes without material fatigue. The different Shore hardness levels allow the production of road springs or power springs, which have a shock-absorbing effect due to a progressive gradient of the spring characteristics. High-performance polyurethane elastomer Different Shore hardness levels Food approved Type SCH consists of cylindrical discs from Ø50 to Ø300 mm (Ø300 mm available upon request) in various thicknesses from 10 to 50 mm. In addition to the established Shore hardness values of 80, 90, and 95 listed here, we also offer Shore 33, 200, and 315 upon request.
