Insulation panels according to drawing

Are you tired of processing your insulation boards yourself? More and more people are choosing us to deliver pre-processed insulation boards for molds, machine assemblies, or other applications where insulation boards are involved. The boards are water-cut/milled according to your own 2D and 3D drawings. We offer the standard material qualities with pressure strengths of 320 N/mm² and 600 N/mm², but we can also handle special materials with temperature resistance up to 1000 °C. The maximum pressure strength goes up to 750 N/mm². Additionally, we offer to coat the boards with PTFE (Teflon), which increases durability, makes cleaning easier (wiping), and also partially encapsulates the fiberglass in the board material, preventing it from scratching the skin during handling. The price for PTFE coating is 880 DKK per m² of board (with a minimum of 745 DKK). We already deliver finished insulation boards to several of the country’s leading tool manufacturers, and we are ready to offer you a competitive price for the production of your boards.
