Roma To Move is an Italian manufacturer of conveyor belts, primarily targeting the plastic industry as its main segment.
The Z-WP series is a double-jointed conveyor belt with an integrated separator for sorting items and inflows from the injection molding process. The Z-WP is best suited for placement under or next to the injection molding machine. The belt is available in 2 versions:
EASY model with 2 wheels, where the height adjustment of the inclined section is without a gas damper. However, the simple design of the support with 2 wheels makes it easy to access when cleaning around the machine. This type is suitable if you rarely adjust the height of the bend.
STANDARD model comes with 4 wheels and a solid gas damper for height adjustment, allowing you to easily and safely adjust the angle of the bend. This type is ideal if you frequently need to adjust the angle and want maximum safety and comfort.
FEATURES:
Built with 160 mm high anodized aluminum profiles
50 mm high fixed side panels (non-detachable)
Supplied as standard with a high-grip PVC belt. The belt features vulcanized joints and is temperature-resistant from -10°C to +60°C
The upper surface of the belt is equipped with a paddle separator (model WP) complete with a lateral discharge chute
The belt's transmission group consists of: a three-phase asynchronous motor, worm gear reduction unit with lifetime lubrication
The paddle separator's transmission group consists of: a three-phase asynchronous motor, worm gear reduction unit, and torque limiter
Fixed standard speed ~3 m/min
Equipped with a start/stop function
Standard motor power supply voltage of 400V/50Hz
