The Premium series of heating jackets, also known as insulation blankets, is made from Aerogel. Aerogel is an incredibly light, durable, and highly porous material known for its remarkable properties. It is extremely strong with a low thermal conductivity, providing outstanding insulation performance. Aerogel heating jackets are much more rigid in construction, and although they are more expensive, their enhanced insulating properties result in greater efficiency; our experience shows they deliver reported energy savings of up to 45%.
